How much does it cost?
Option “Trouble-free lease”:
Good for individual property owners with units
10% of the net monthly rent for standard services, but a maximum of 2,500 CZK
EXAMPLE
monthly rent: 20,000 CZK
you receive: 18,000 CZK
monthly rent: 30,000 CZK
you receive: 27,500 CZK
Option “Trouble-free buildings”:
Good for Owners Associations* and Individual owners/company owning buildings and having our services for a trouble-free lease for all units (at a 30% discount).
Fee is from 250 - 350 CZK per unit monthly
*We provide services only for buildings with 40+ units
